I was so far asking you to prepare the dataset at the finest possible level.
Now I need to have the data prepared at a level that is suitable for the analysis of this project.
I will like you to help me out with it now. Keep the Higher Education Data till what you have done.

I had roughly discussed with you my project in the past. I want to create the dataset at assembly level for each electoral period.
I will be sending you a data of Indian State Assembly Elections for each General Assembly Elections held from May, 2008. This dataset contains data of all the candidates in all state assembly constituencies and their results.
I will like you to create the following variables out of the school and college data and match them to the elections data for now:
1)    Total Number of Schools Established for each Electoral Term in each State Assembly.
2)    Total of all Receipts of Schools for each Electoral Term in each State Assembly.
3)    Total of all Expenditure of Schools for each Electoral Term in each State Assembly.
All the 3 variables for the School is available in the General Data File.
I will like to see how the results of the elections affect these variables. Hence I will like to have these variables matched to the election results.
As an example: Consider Constituency 1 in the Indian State of Uttar Pradesh. Elections were held in 2012. Then again in 2017. I will like to match the above three variables to the election results of 2012. That is, corresponding to the election results for 2012, I will like you to match the number of schools built from the time of the election results of 2012 till the next election in 2017. This will allow me to know how the election results affected the number of schools built.
There are many candidates for a particular assembly. The same value will be placed for the outcome variable for each candidate.
