I will like you to scrape the GIS information from http://postalgis.nic.in/view/

I basically want: 1) the locations of all subdistricts in India. 2) The location of each pin code in India. This website seems to have the relevant information

There are a couple of issues with it:

Whether it is at all possible to scrape the information.
The volume of data will be huge and whether it is possible for you to transfer the data.

Major reasons why I am approaching you are: a) You have very good success rate; b) are willing to work at a considerably low price; c) You are from India and should be having the background knowledge of the region to which this data pertains.
If you are able to extract the complete information for me I am more than happy to pay you much higher than $100.
